This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types the website airealbussines.com uses, for what purpose, for how long and on what legal basis, as well as how you can accept, reject or configure them at any time. It applies together with the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of the site. The Spanish version is binding; the English version is provided for information only. Last updated: 15 June 2026.

2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the user's browser or device when it is visited. It allows the site to remember information about that visit, such as the user's preferences or session status, so that browsing is easier and more useful.
The generic term cookies also covers other technologies for storing and retrieving data on the user's device that perform an equivalent function, such as the browser's local storage (local storage and session storage) or similar technologies. What is explained here about cookies also applies to those technologies when the site uses them.
Cookies are neither viruses nor programs that can damage the device; they are simply data files. Nor do they, on their own, allow a person to be identified unless the user provides additional information.
3. Types of cookies
According to their purpose, cookies can be classified as: technical or necessary, which are essential for the site to work and enable services such as user authentication, session maintenance, security or load balancing; preference or personalisation cookies, which allow user options such as language to be remembered; and analytics or measurement cookies, which make it possible to understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used in order to improve it.
According to who manages them, cookies can be first-party, managed by the site owner from its own domain or systems, or third-party, managed by an entity other than the owner (for example, an analytics provider or the payment processor).
According to their duration, cookies can be session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed and serve only the current visit, or persistent cookies, which remain stored for a set period, defined by whoever installs them, and stay active in later visits until they expire or are deleted.
4. Cookies used by this site
Technical or necessary cookies (first-party). The site uses an authentication session cookie that keeps the user logged in while browsing their account and protects access to the platform's private areas; without it, it is not possible to log in or use services that require authentication. It also uses a language preference cookie that remembers the chosen language (Spanish or English) to display the site in the selected language on subsequent visits. These cookies are essential to provide the service expressly requested by the user and are installed without the need for consent.
Payment-related cookies (third-party). Subscriptions are processed through the payment provider Stripe. During the payment process, Stripe may install its own cookies necessary to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. The processing carried out by Stripe is governed by its own policies. The site owner does not store full card data.
Analytics cookies (subject to consent). Should analytics tools be used to measure site usage in aggregate and improve its operation, the corresponding cookies are installed only if the user gives consent through the cookie banner. Until accepted, they are not activated. If these cookies are added or modified at any time, this will be reflected in this policy and in the configuration banner.
The site's cookie banner details, at the time of the visit, the specific cookies in use, their ownership and their duration, and allows them to be managed granularly by category.
5. Legal basis and consent
The use of cookies is governed by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and, as regards the processing of personal data that may derive from their use, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Technical or necessary cookies are used on the basis of the owner's legitimate interest in providing the service expressly requested by the user and are exempt from the obligation to obtain consent, since the site cannot function without them. Preference cookies and, where applicable, analytics and non-essential third-party cookies are installed solely on the basis of the user's consent.
Consent is requested through a banner that appears when accessing the site, before installing any non-essential cookie. The user can accept all of them, reject them or select by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the banner does not make browsing conditional on accepting non-essential cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. How to accept, reject or configure cookies
From the site. You can manage your preferences at any time through the banner or the cookie settings panel, where you can grant or withdraw your consent by category and review the cookies in use. Your choice will be retained for future visits until you change it or delete the cookies in your browser.
From the browser. In addition, you can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device through your browser's configuration options. The way to do this varies by browser; it is usually found in the privacy, security or data protection menus. The help pages of the most common browsers are indicated below: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Opera all provide specific instructions in their respective help centres for managing and deleting cookies.
You can also set the browser to private or incognito mode, which limits cookie storage after the session is closed, or use tools or extensions that offer additional control over tracking.
7. Consequences of disabling cookies
Blocking or deleting technical or necessary cookies may prevent the site from working correctly: in particular, it may not be possible to log in, keep the session active or use the features that require authentication, and the language preference may not be retained.
Rejecting preference or analytics cookies does not prevent browsing the site or using its essential services, but it may reduce some conveniences, such as remembering the chosen language, and it prevents usage measurement from reflecting your visit.
8. Transfers and data processing
The site's infrastructure is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Payment processing is carried out through Stripe, which acts as a processor in relation to payment data. Where the use of third-party cookies entails the processing of personal data, this is governed by the policies of the respective providers and by the site's Privacy Policy.
For more information on the processing of personal data, the purposes, the retention periods and the exercise of rights, please refer to the Privacy Policy of airealbussines.com.
9. Updates to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated to adapt it to regulatory or technical changes or to changes in the cookies used. The version in force is the one published at airealbussines.com, and its last update date appears at the beginning of the document.
We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Where changes affect cookies that require consent, you will be asked for it again through the banner. For any questions you may write to privacidad@airealbussines.com.
